That's not quite true. It is quite straight forward to answer PMKwhiteswan wrote:Its not as straightforward as what people think.
I own the quiz machine so have no rent to pay etc - just the ongoing cost for the games dongle and vat on the takings.
The fruit machine I don't own and have to pay rental on that every week - along with license money and vat - and the brewery take 50% of the fruit machine money and I have to pay the vat on their share as well.
So indeed there are weeks that the quizzer takes more money but they are few and far between.
Some weeks the fruity will pay several jackpots out and after paying all the bits out I have even had minus weeks whereby I owed them money to come out of the next collection.
Its swings and roundabouts - there isnt an exact figure or percentage I could give you i'm afraid.

Simply take the year's takings of the fruit machine, subtract the year's takings of the quizzer, and divide by 52 or 12. That will give you the difference in weekly/monthly cash box takings. PMK did not ask what you made, simply the difference in the money in the cash box.PMK wrote: A very quick deviation from topic.
Whiteswan- Whats the difference in weekly/monthly cash box takings from the quiz to the fruit machine?
