Fully agree, it is very sad. Listening to 5Live in the mornings, the round up of the newspapers usually goes something like:

The Times, The Guardian and The Independent all lead on the story that the government are going to bail out Bradford and Bingley. The Star leads with the story that women's breasts are generally bigger nowadays.
