having said that, i eliminated all the features on a Bling Bling today ON TWO SEPARATE BOARDS and didnt get the top :x :x :x

MEGA BLING is on the feature stack but if MEGA BLING is green you can gamble again on feature stack and it gives SUPER MEGA BLING

Bling Bling can be all Red and will not give you Super Mega Bling.

Now, on the SuperTip on Players Heaven for Snakes & Ladders, it says if all Feature Squares light Red, collect a feature for a pleasant surprise. Now, I assume this will give top feature. So maybe on certain Reds like Bling Bling also, you may have to collect any Red Feature if all Red to activate the Big One. Any Ideas?

You have to get to a feature exchange point when you get all the features red. This has been the same for years. Or hit feature when all the features are red on a bonus like stack attacks or Invincibles etc.
