spotted heading west on M27 a large car Friday 15th number plate N***EFC . could this be the legendary Nils Satis on a Bournenouth raiding mission? (also seen similar car with Rooney shirt featuring).
Ha ha! Sadly the real Nil Satis (not Nils 
) has neither a large car nor a personalised registration number, although even if they brought back the Pepsi Music Quiz with a £1000 Jackpot I will not be buying the latter! I have also never been to Bournemouth to play the machines - Southampton being about as far as I have ventured in that locale.
The mundane explanation behind most *****FC registrations is simply that FC was one of the suffixes used for Oxford in the old registration plate system so you will see lots of plates like that if you drive in and around Oxford, although some are no doubt taken by supporters of various teams.
P.S. If the sighting of the Rooney shirt was in any way recent my guess would be that the car was NOT driven by an Evertonian!
