LAB Experiment
LAB Experiment
OK. Just bought one of these babies and am currently about 700 in without collecting a win.
Or at least I was until recently.
So some questions for you all. Will it do something strange?
Can a 25 quidder give MORE than 75 at the top?
How much can hi - lo cash go for? (From the hidden features) Remember it adds all the values together as it goes along.
How much did it cost to naturally hi - lo to the top without using any steps to aid me? Did it do this at all?
How much did I get back from my 700?
Come on give it your best shot.
It's great to knock back reds!!!
P.S - I ARB'ed it up before starting with the 700 in!!

mmm.... interesting thread, this is one of the great things about owning your own unit, i would be suprised if any one top could do more than £75 on this style of red but being £700 in maybe it could do a ton or more. i would also say it would be gambling up on the cash without steps/nudges roughly £200ish in [you would hope] i've had £19 on hi-lo cash when it seemed fairly dead, but i would imagine being this amount in it might go up too the £10 mark with a credit break, as for the streak when you start taking the tops..... 4 x £75 and a couple of £50's perhaps???? i've seen a stack attack go £75 then £75 a few quid later, but was £150 involved.
Cobwebs
After playing several machines on the Emu that have buzzed up %'s anything is possible. I'll go for a £225 top.
I think it was a Pie pactory challenge over at the Emu that gave me a JP with 7 or 8 repeats.
Hi\lo Cash I reckon could go for around the £50 mark.
And I'll say that you probably still needed to use your steps even when £700 in.

Well gentlemen.
I never got more than a 75 top, but I did get several of these although not one after the other they were seperated by 25's but not one 50!
Hi - Lo cash did the whole lot twice (£55) and 3 lots of £40.
Not once did i hi - lo up the entire trail(either side) to the top without using a step.
As I said I chucked in £700 without collecting a win once I had it ARBage.
To cut a long story short I then had to put £228 back through for a return of £813. The trouble with LAB is that even when flying it still costs for boards and does that annoying feature shot crap on bonus 6's and sevens!!! Even after refusing for £700. So it takes a while for the %age to come through.
I must add that towards the end of my return I got two quick tops the 1sdt for 25 and then next board via some clever stepping/nudging/bloops etc I spooned a top which did £75. This killed it BIG TIME and despite another £80 in now it's still blocking a tenner from steps!!! Gonna go for £7k next time!!
However I think the red thingies(hiddens) are a seperate pot. But this could be cos of the way I buzzed it up. I will take as many of these as I can next time and see what the difference is.
But I reckon you can't get more than a £75 top.

Well if it's not gonna go bigger than a £75 top with all that lot punted through it, I guess it never will.
Did you key it to see how far behind the target percentage it actually was before you started accepting wins?
It's interesting to hear the results of experiments like these. I've often wondered how these things behave if you try not to win for such a length of time.
I'm currently £1100 into a 72%/£200 JP Club Casino Crazy on emulator, and I'm wondering how long it'll take to pot. It's been offering 30 winspins and the £75 for the last £600 but hasn't gone any further. The cashpot and reserve have been full for the last £200.

I believe the jp on Casino crazy is just no. of credits and can't be forced out. The afters should be huge tho!!
I had recycled LAB to %age before ARBing it out which cost about a ton for consistent ARB boards. Then another 700 and then what I put in after for dragging back the %age.
So all in all from just over a grand in I got just over 800 back. Its an old Leisure Link machine set to 78% on pub mode. But it soon sucked a quick 80 odd back before showing again so I guess its now about hitting target.
Out of interest does any one know how to switch between pub/arcade/bingo modes? Couldn't see anything in the manual.

Has it given you its "down and out" thing from the ? though? (Or whatever its called, where it forces you to collect.) Always hate machines with those on, especially clubs. They can really bugger up your force. I tried it on a club crazy jewles, and in the end it just kept giving me £15 wins!Nixxy wrote:Well if it's not gonna go bigger than a £75 top with all that lot punted through it, I guess it never will.

streaky bacon?
Yes, it's called Boombastic on this one - and the worst it's made me collect is £10. It's usually possible to settle for £1 or £2 via a very slow Fast Cash or low Cash Trail.Oli wrote:Has it given you its "down and out" thing from the ? though? Club Casino Crazy has just potted after £1,420 in by climbing out the Winspins stack. The next board when shooting up to 30 winspins but then gave Boombastic, so I took it and it paid a measly £68!
I shall see how long it holds the Cashpot for before leaving it alone for a while.
