Great Weekend!

Post by Matt Vinyl »

Right, well! Here we go!

1st pub:
ABRACADABRA £25

This is not the best machine ever, as most of you may know. But, I had to meet a chum in this pub, and it was the only fruit they had, so, whilst waiting, I popped a quid in. After three goes, I got a board, and pushed it for about four gambles before getting Fast Cash, non-super. Collected that for a nice £10.

£9 up! :)

2nd pub:
Cabin Fever £25

My chum and I pondered down to this next pub, as we were aware of the new pool table they recently had installed. £2 in whilst he was getting the first round. RHP for SH, £25!

£23 up! :)

3rd pub:
Butch Cashidy & the Sundance Quid £35

Not a favourite of mine, and probably not a favourite of most of us, either... ;) Anyway, it was my round, so got the two fosters in (£5.60, which was actually reasonably reasonable!) Rolled my £4 change in (hold the 40p!) and got one board, COB - £20! :0)

£16 up! :)

4th pub:
Vortex £35

Ah, the comfort of familiarity! To cut a long story short, a £20 note went in, and £70 coins came out. Strangely, I had £70 out of it the day before - so someone must have dumped their custard in it the previous night!

£50 up!)

5th pub:
Space Raiders £25

As soon as we walked into this pub, I saw an old beared git who I'd previously seen whacking a YDD in the local spoons, so we debated playing the machine, and went for quids in. £2 a piecffe in, £5 win from cash stack.

50p up! :)

6th pub:
Vamp It Up £25

Luvveerrllyy! I'm glad we decided to venture into previously untapped pubsville. Some of the characters we met were pre-WW1 (almost). £3 in whilst my mate was delivering £4 to the barman for two Magners. Yes, £4!!!! JP off of shots! I could've pushed for the VIU streak, but being so little in and seeing that classic combo of 2 cash KO's, 6 spins and JP left, and having taxi on the red board, I had to have it!

£24 up! :)

7th pub:
Gold Rush £35

Simply put, £5 in, SSS, hit the £20 - it's a git that the cancel button only delays it slightly. Anyway, hit the button, £35!

£30 up! :)

Bowling Alley:
The Player - Flashback

£35 off of 11th Heaven after £10 in. Nuff said... ;)

All in all, a great day...

Ooh, and I believe Israel just beat the Ruskis. COME ON!!!

:)

I hate redgaming when you have anything less than £300 pound coins...

CCP Tonight - higher than a 6? 10 - onto 11 fruit steps, but despite about 5 red sevens dropping in -FUCK ALL....

To be honest, if I needed 300 nuggets to get a result out of a red, I'd hate it too.

Rest assured, if you'd needed that gamble for the red 7's, you wouldn't have got it!

How can you get £140 from £1?

Surely that's 4 credits which is more then £1....

I'm sure you and your £140 nuggets care a lot about this though  .

My highlight was getting a random go all the way on a monopoly whilst the arcade manager was telling me you had to be 21 to play despite there being massive 18+ only signs on every machine.

Also nothing about his thread looks like BS, he said how surprised he was about the vortex being ready too, and half of his wins were for negligible amounts.

I was joking too mate, was just highlighting how ridiculous all the negativity on these forums is nowadays... which is getting beyond a joke in all honesty.

Why???

It normally does take the piss even when stupidly ready i agree
But i once put a quid in one for a £10 nudge win, that gambled up for £105

Rare occasions but it can happen
Cannot see the point in someone lying about that

Indeed, i've put about £15 in a vortex here for a £105 before. It's unusual to get them cheap, but it can happen.
