Machine Tech Help. PLEASE HELP....

Hi there, Not a bad site just joined and theres a couple of worthwhile topics. Heres my problem,
I have a Global Gaming machine, "Beaver Uncovered", but I cant control which hole the money goes down. At the bottom of the coin mechinism theres a small flat which moves to and fro and this decides weather the coin goes into the hopper or down the shoot to the bottom. What I need to know is how I get the machine to decide for itself which way it should fall, because i have to use a matchstick to wedge it in the position i want. It used to work but i think i messed it up.

try setting the machines float mate, then it knows how much it has in it and then can divert the coins to the bottom once the top hopper has reached its max. PM me if you dont know how to do this

Tried to PM ya but not sure you got it so i'll post here to.
I didn't get a manual with the machine so I havent got a clue how to do that. An idiots guide to would be greatly appreciated.
