Metal Money Monsters

Post by PMK »

Whats peoples views on these?

Not quite the same as older zooma's but can be rewarding as the red mega often goes to £70 on the £35 versions. Plus they can run pretty huge.

I took a bit of a beating on one last night but generally these are quite sound me thinks.

Opinions...............

I've only caught ones costing £5+ for a board and dieing on £1/2 so not too much of a fan

i take it ye olde SSS method is no longer applicable here

SSS might work

doesn't offer it very often at all though.(When it does it goes once on normal and then a shot on red though)

Had red MS twice, first time got £50 second time got £35! first was from SSS second was from a brute force refusing everything and dying on teh gamble from £25 to MS twice before it gave IM and lit all the heads down the side of the exchange.

Doesn't like to offer decent features at alll and will happily give extra zones straight to the top before booting you off the board without a chance at one of them.

My best experiences have come from collecting £3 and £4 wins constantly. It seems to like this! if you start gambling and losing it doesn;t give you as much board play (although it IS progressive when forcing and fairly obvious too) but will keep giving board entries when money is collected. I would like to think there may be a free win in amongst the low down values but this might take a while to suss out.

White MS has only ever gone for £25 - don't take it.

Red cash values don't like to repeat

Super streak = £5 - £12 (Red = circa £12)

Mega Streak = £10 - £20 (Red = circa £20)

Monster streak - see above.

always watch the cancel button when landing on a question mark - sometimes lights up for a slowdown

all in all - average m/c can make a couple of quid on it but would not risk a force again.

Sorry to bring up an old post but i was in a pub with my mate the other day. Managed to streak it for +140! It was off its tits. Had numerous amounts of SSS for MS - which to people's relief i did knock back. The SSS came back a few bonus's later + i had a few automatics. After putting about 50 through, me and my mate was up to 140.

I went for a piss and then came back and as my mate was 'smashed' he missed a further SSS for 8 quid, this was after all this streak. We put a further 15 odd through it to see if the SSS would come back again but it never. God knows.... if he had hit 25/MS on the last SSS then the machine would of streaked for 160 odd.

Anyone else had any other good experiences?
