DNA still a popular machine in my sleepy town. :P

Never get to see anything like the new stuff (GADD, CCP) that gets talked about on here.

Yay, had a massive streak out of this today! 8)

Was in halves with croz from here, red x'ing to start with. £15 in each to get a bank of £49 from a £25 top and £24 in DNA wins. He opted out to go back home, and wasn't too keen on reforcing it anyway after all the DNA wins after the top. I stayed on, continued to number runner and play nicely.....lost twice on £15, but 3rd time went up for £75. £15 thrown in, £84 back out....nice!

Good thing was it was only £25 odd from full, when i left it £95 off on monday afternoon! :D

Good result Matt, unlucky for you though Cros. So annoying when you leave a machine thinking you have had all the value out only to see someone else go on and it shows first feature. :x

Found a nice new DNA the other day. Full and red x'ing from the off, took 20 for it to go for £75. This one is certainly going to be added to the route, got 3 of these now. :D

It must have been national DNA night last night, mine was £37 off but was playing nice straight away. Took £25 for a £50 top and a £17 on dna feature

I'll still say that DNA is one of the best of Reds' range... ;)

If the dna feature drops in whilst in reel play, do you go against the numbers to keep the wins low, or go with the numbers to maximise as this largely unaffects setting back the top feature ?

The DNA feature doesn't knock back the top.

Small to medium wins tend to be ok but collect too much from the DNA feature and it will knock back the top.

Ageed, if a large DNA win comes in it definately knocks the top back from my experience anyway.

Speaking of large DNA wins, you ain't gonna believe how mental the one i had earlier was....

Image

Just look at that DNA board! I'd gone round and round it so much from a DNA that span in during reel play, i'd turned everything into an awesome value! In the end, it went for a mammoth £52. Yes, £52! Never seen anything like it before....

Image

I was forcing it anyway, and still forced it after all that. Got a couple of ok boards, then it threw in a nice placed number runner for £15, which gambled straight up. Top went for £35 (yuck :x) so i had to get off it. Made about £60 odd in the end though.....very bizarre though! 8)
