Spin on it

Post by Cardinal Sin »

Couldn't see another topic on this. If there is one, you can swivel.

Played this on one of those FatBoxes last night. It involves getting from the top of a grid to the bottom. Every move will either be a question or a no question - dependent on a roulette wheel. Each move also increments the cash prize, which can be attained by reaching the bottom of the grid.

So far so mediocre.

But that's it for praise. I got to the bottom of 2 grids but my winometer had still failed to advance to the £1. They have twanged the traditional method of dealing with mysteries (i.e. watching the boxes shuffling), and opted for a simple wheel which stops as and when it feels like it. Unfortunately, for me, it only ever felt like stopping on "PASS", or "LOSE PASS". There seemed to be all sorts of exciting goodies, but no way of getting them.

So to sum up: Pish.
