was in my local hollywood bowl with my gf, saw someone on it, they walked off after about 5 mins. first quid dropping, playing it on mega spins, it was redding from the off. cost about 35 for first top which gave 25.about a fiver later took me to 25 but it was on a 7 so i collected, was that the right thing to do as im not an expert on reds to be honest.it just went dead for 3 or 4 boards so i collected a few red features and left it about 30 up. when i was at 25 on a number 7 shud i have just gone lowerand played on for another top. or was i right to collect??

Hard to say
At the end of the day you made £30
It can go on bad numbers, also it could have lost and cost a further £20 or so and still done £25 on the top

Personally i would have gone for it
It could have done £50 or even £75 although on this red the £75 after a £25 is more or less unheard of
Had it once

Does a staggered streak a lot this

My fave red this one, found it £9 off ARB1 and £30 for a £25 then £10 later for £75.

Twice this has happened

Fave red? Wouldn't go that far anfield. I do like them, but surely all of the LAB/DNA/GADD/CCP style reds are better? Ready more often, streak better, and less likely to get milked by mugs as they're harder to play.

Agree with MattB - that series of machine is the best Red have done, and essentially, it's based on their first machine (Aftershock). There's zero fake 'redding', simplest game to read and memorable reel setups.

Very true, its probably just because I always seem to find it ready and have had some huge streaks on them.
The best thing about it though is the sound when you hit the values at the top whilst on the top feature

The sounds are V good on this m/c but like mentioned by the two Matts there are better reds out there. The safe cash wins really annoy me on this and one bad experience of getting number runner off 4 pound.... 25 quid on a 2... higher dead. 140 later it does a 25 top follwed by a 75, it then IOUs.

Havent really seen this on LAB, CCP etc etc thats why they are better!!

Agreed, not the best machine around at the minute. Lots of better offerings from reds. Although its the best machine within walking distance from my house at the moment so i cant really speak.

I wish they would send some new offerings from red this way! I did have a GADD close but its gone already! There must be someone that works at leisure link whos responsible for sending the 6 month old fruits my way after people like the Matts and MrRed have had them and forced through the chip so many times that they go a bit screwey.

Im screwing for new fruits! (profitable ones lol!)

Crikey, there's still an Aftershock near you? Would love to have a go on one of them, just for sentimental reasons... ;)

Just out of interest, what was the first Red to introduce the Green / Red feature route, was it 'Fruits You Sir' / 'Suits You Sir'?
