Cam anyone tell me how to run a .rar emulation file on my PC.

I have MFME v9.4 but can't run a .rar file.

You dont run the rar file

Download winrar which is an archiving/compression tool.
.rar files are like zip file files. You extract the files from them to a folder on your PC i.e. your ROM folder

the file extension you are looking for is .gam
