Pie factory hopper help

Hi all,
I'm new to this fruit machine business. I bought my partner a pie factory fruit machine but we can't work out how to empty the hopper. It came with 1 key which opens the bottom of the machine. Does anyone know how to empty it or where I can get a manual or instructions for it. I know it's an older one it's made by vivid

you dont have a key for the top dor or a refil key?

No I just have the one key

well u will need a refil key or access to top of machine, prefebly both..

luckily enough refil keys are standard, if you google refil key 8700 you will find no end of vendors.
heres one on ebay refil key

getting into the top could cause you more problems.
what happens if you get a fault?

anyways when you get your refil key, turn it and you should see a switch in the cashbox which says dump hopper.

all you do is turn the key, press the dump switch and follow instructions on the display.

machines vary slightly but that the jist of it..
