I have had my machine for the last year 2 years, but only last week I have an error code coming and says the following. ALARM 24-A7. SEEK TAB FAILED. REEL D SETUP

PLEASE CAN ANY ONE HELP HOW TO FIX THIS CODE

yes its yer feature reel

probably summit obstructing it .

turn it by hand and see if it turns freely

also try setting up with the door open summit could be snagging it with the door closed
