Cop the lot (bell fruits)

Does anyone know why the bulbs have blown on the £7 and £10 signs?is it a common thing? Also on the 3rd reel above the win line the bulb is very dim
Any ideas?
My machine is cop the lot from 2002

Bulbs blow mate - Just replace them.
