mpu board help eclipse one stop

hi all need abit of genral help i have a eclipse one stop mpu board in my warped £35 jackpot machine i have seen a spare board thats looks the same as mine that someone is selling the only problem is the seller does not know what machine it came out of my question is if i buy this is it just a case of plug in and play or will it need reprograming with the software for the warped machine if so is this a simple thing to do and is it costly cheers

just to say the guy selling as sent me some numbers of the board the only one i have and matches with what he sent is REV 1V4B if this means anything i have some other numbers on the flash module that are diffrent

The board could have come out of any machine,not everybody writes on what software is installed.
If you just plug it in it will come up with the version number and what game is installed,then you will need your flash card and install your game when the machine asks for it.
I don't know if you could take the 4 nylon nuts off the flash board on your board and remove the little board and put it in your new board, these flash boards have ram chips underneath but i don't know if they hold all the info to run your game

hi lee thanks for your reply so you think if i buy the board take out my flash card by undoing the plastic nuts and putting the flash card in to the new one that should give me my game data

by the way the new board iam looking at is a eclipse onstop same just not sure if its come out of a warped machine like mine its a pain in the ass

You could try swapping the flashboard,thet is where the data is, not sure tho if it has all of it on the card.
The trouble with these onestop boards is that they don't have eproms on so you can't see what game is on until you put it in your machine.

do you know how much it would cost to get flashed or is it not worth it

You need someone with a card reader ,i don't know who would have the program,or maybe maygays bulletin board if its still up and running,or maybe an operator might have one you could buy.
