simpsons blue maygay, red alert jpm .....dels millions help wanted

Hi, ive just landed 2 machines for pennies as non working.....im an old engineer/collector/installer for rank, gamestec and pam.....

1st off, the simpsons is complete but when powered up it has no life, there is a pulse tho !
suspect the reflex RA8387 at fault, hissing but all the leds on and the mother board has life but machine not waking up.......

next is the red alert by jpm....

same fault kind of.....
all lights on p/s but no life, the reel posision leds come on too. looking at board there seems to be a component damaged on mb ive noticed.....


finally is dels millions....

back door opener !!!!

all works well but nasty noise coming from speaker
any help ???
