Ladbrokes Scum
Latest scratchcard promo is shit, yet they are so tight with the cards! Read this chat transcript, should explain all. Used a fake name!

Adriano: Tell me how to get these fools to behave properly
Adriano: In 1 shop I was told your latest shop promotion was FINISHED!!!
Adriano: It clearly states on the back of every scratchcard that the promotion ends on the 5th of May
Adriano: It was also clearly advertised outside the shop
Adriano: There are laws against false advertising
Adriano: The point is, customer services who I called TWICE about this, did NOTHING
Adriano: Therefore this shop manager/joker got away with speaking to me like I was nobody
Paul: We are sorry you feel that way.
Adriano: Feeling sorry doesn't make things right I'm afraid
Adriano: I had been in this shop 1 week earlier and denied a scratchcard then for the same reason as he gave at first today, "We don't have any"
Adriano: IF you didn't HAVE ANY, you should not have the posters up!
Adriano: I will have to report this store to the ASA I'm afraid, unless something is done
Adriano: not to mention the Gaming Board
Paul: The shop that you were in will have a shop manager who manages the shop.
Paul: They are responsible for dealing with those issues on a day to day basis.
Adriano: yes I was told to go and speak with him but what is the point when I live 6 miles away and the maximum value of a scratchcard is £20 matched!?
Paul: We appreciate your frustration but they are the people who deal with their shops so you will need to raise any issues you have had directly with them.
Adriano: If they were at all concerned about how they treat their customers that guy from tonight would get a good talking to and I'd be able to pick up a scratchcard from a more local shop

This is the point where he wriggles out.
You should have said "If you terminate this conversation I will track you down and kill you"
I reckon you'd nearly got him. He was on the verge of cracking, but he played the old police card. If you do feel police intervention is problematic, simply carry some yellow spray paint and zap 'em. No one ever gets arrested by the boys in yellow.
If you follow these tactics through even the Pot Noodle helpline will cave in and discipline the idiot manager.

Have you had your house painted lately JG? Or been sniffing glue? Do you realise making such threats can actually land you in serious strife? They can track us down! Are you also another one of the naive crew who don't understand why I was suddenly made a VIP casino member when I had my big win in 2010?

I have found this to be very true lol
I only go in 3 laddies.
1st one i went in on friday,I ask for a scratchcard as i allways do,They give me a 2 pound free plays one allready scratched,he had a wad of 2 pound ones all scratched off lol
I said i know what happened to the rest and he just laughed,friendly banter and no problem by me as it wasnt my regular lads.
shop 2 which is my local,Sorry no scratchcards unless you win 50 or more lol (i make a sharp exit)
shop 3 i hardly use,youngish Bloke behind counter and is very friendly and loves the banter and was very welcoming in giving me 3 scratchcards for doing nothing i got a 20,10,10
Now using that shop as my local
