Lone Ranger? Had that go wrong a few times off Wild Thing, when MS repeats for a fiver it wipes the first £70 from the bank! Fortunately its still going and doesn't count it. After it happened a third time I used to miss it once the cash was up to £70.

I think Lone Ranger had some sort of update, I remember there was a point where wild wouldn't allow any more hits and you had to let it time out IIRC, then it was corrected but the machine seemed to play even more tighter than it did before! I stopped playing them at this point but perhaps the update also addressed the issue of it wiping the first £70 on a credit break.

anyhow they demanded he fucked off out of brum ,,,,,,,,, and wanted to know how he knew flicker ( he was on a bootiy) ,,,,,,,,,,, when he said he was from leicester , ,,,,,,,, they said any leicester lads coming to brum again will be dealt with ,,,,,,,, bik asked if they were under sparrow

quick update ,,,,,,,,,,,,, turns out the black guy was eddie from northants ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and he's a good guy , and he never opend his mouth once in the bik incident ,,,,,, he was as scared as bik as to what may happen


bit of a story

eddie has travelled to brum from northants at least once a week for the previous 12 years , (now eddie , for those that dont know him , is a very polite un-assuming non threatening all round nice guy)

a couple of months ago , he was approached by this asian/black lad calling himself ratty (aka , the potman)

eddie was on a machine in brum station , when this ratty fellow stormed in all guns blazing , shouting and threatening eddie he was gonna do him if he seen him in brum again etc

eddie was shitting himself obviously , but managed to talk/calm ratty down etc ,,,,, and offered to give him half out of said machine etc


this ratty told him he is a member of the zulu football firm , and is best m8's with one eyed barrington (off danny dyers deadly men show) who runs the bouncers round cov n brum


anyhow with much intrepidation , eddie reluctantly went round halves with him for the rest of the day etc ,,,,, and was told to only come back to brum if he phoned him first


during that day , they did a machine in a rough pub , and whilst ratty was in the toilet ,,,,,,,, one of the locals asked eddie for a drink (having witnessed the pay out) ,,,,,,, eddie being a shitbag (just like me ) and wanting to keep the peace went to the bar , when ratty came out he went balistic

walked right up to this big local and his m8's , f ing and blinding , telling them who he is etc and who he is connected to ,,,,,,,,,,,, kicking chairs etc , threatening to come back n burn the pub down and cut everyone's face off.

by now eddie is shitting himself ,,,,,,,, but somehow this pub full of local roughnuts all back down once they know who there dealing with etc


later on that day ,,,,,,, the bik incident occurs








my overview of the whole thing is disgusting ,,,,,,,,,,,,, but im no hardman , and have cowardly kept away from brum for the last two to three years , preferring the higher turnaround of london twice a week anyhow .


apparently ratty ,,,,, aka the potman ,,,,,, is known for pushing you off a machine halfway through play ,,,,,,, and taking your pot , hence the name




i think there are two types of men in this world ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 1 is me , eddie , jg etc ,,,,,,,,,, polite , courteous , etc ,,,,,,,, cowardly , walk away types ,,,,,, with little backbone in any violent situation .

and those that will stand there ground hardmen , no matter what , even if it meens getting a pasting , stabbed or worse etc


if like me your the former , i would advise you all kept your distance from brum


years ago now ,,,,,,,, ady (retired leicester slotter ) was threatened by sparrow's lot ,,,,,,,, and duely stood down , and never went back


now , scott ,,,,,,, (being the latter of the two types mentioned ) wanted to take over adys brum run ,,,,,,,,

and it took a lot of convincing from me to put scott off ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, not because he cant handle himself , far from it

but because , where does it all end ? ,,,,,,,,,, if scott had of done sparrow etc ,,,,,,,,,,, would they all jump in a van and come to leicester with knives etc ,,,, and catch one of us on our own ???

I might add that in my opinion you shouldn't interact with these people at all, and DEFINITELY not go round and go halves with them. Maybe you'll take the odd beating, but theyll soon get tired of bothering. And they'll tire of shouting at you if you don't even look at them. Makes people very self conscious if you won't look at them when they talk to you.

I just think if someone comes up to you and starts chatting, and you don't want anything to do with them - ignore them. Simple as. They'll go eventually. Don't even bother with witticisms. Or pretend you're deaf. Or retarded. Can you imagine this Ratty guy ringing up his bouncer mates to beat up a retard?
