Me personally Im shit scared, they were honestly about 2.5 inches long :? :? :? :? not nice. Thank god I had a Radio times handy :D :P

Oh come on, there's nothing wrong with spiders! We were watching what we thought was an entire nest of wolf spiders coming one by one from behind a box in the corner last night, walking across the floor, under the television, and under the curtains. Until we realised it was the same one going round in a circle, so we helped it outside. ;)

i like the idea that two spiders constitutes a gang. :)
spiders don't bother me because i am hard as nails but heights are terrifying.
nobody ever wins on those things.

You big girls blouse Matty.

It's normally Dorises (tips hat to UP) that are scared of eency-weency spiders. What were they going to do, do you think? Form a coalition and oust you from your sofa? Wave on of their legs in a threatening manner? Or maybe make an intricate web with which to trap you?

Yer arse. All spiders do is clear flies from your garden and hide in dark corners in awe of you. The fact that they were sitting on the arm of your couch shows that they just wanted to be your friend. And how did you repay their friendship? By squashing them with a radio times....

Is that how your treat all your friends Matty?
