Who is this warning on the front of machines for? - How can i heed this warning? Does this absolve the machine provider/maker from liability if it crashes when there is money in the bank?

dont plug it
Legally it does not absolve them of any liability, but it does put off enough people from complaining to make good sense to put it there.

You could actually do it on any game some where obviously much better than others. Had to resort to bullseye and even southpark $5 on 1 unit. That was torture
