I'm 44 now, so definitely in the 'glendale old-timers club', hi darren :P
For me, the 16hour London day is really tiring, (go London once a week with Lee) my body-clock is set permanently at 3-4am to bed (due to online gaming) so when the London day comes and its 6.30am start, i basically need 2 matchsticks in my eyelids. Other days do get tiring too, checking pots on megas that hold pots on 5-10-20, that are 5 miles apart is just so frustrating !! especially for me, i dont drive, i rely on public transport.
As for the future, my philosophy is that as long as i make enough to get by, i'll stick with it, the game is tired now though, it needs a new era
VIVID MAN VIVID!!

going back to the original question ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, yeah full days can be tiring ,,,,,,,,,,, but ive never smoked or drank , do a little weight training ,,,,,,,, so im ok for 39 , never cut a run short for tiredness ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but have been know to pull into a servys after the run is done for an hours kip in the car ,,,,,, then an energy drink to get home on.
plans for the future ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, erm im either too arragant and shit scared to work for anyone else, ? or too thick to start my own business ? ,,,,,,,,,, probably be still doing this in my 60's lol ,,,, hope not.
