Meh, I'd rather 90% of lights were out (so it wasnt worth playing) than 2 or 3 annoying ones.

On a Box clever, all 3 lights either side of 'taxi' are off. Just fecking annoying, really. lol
Aww, how'd you feel?!

Yea I once went in for a Cigarette machine... bastard JD
I have been in for a touchscreen till a couple of times- typically places of the slug and lettuce, pitcher and piano genre that sometimes have tills randomly scattered around the floor area.

I think I can beat you all, tho admittedly 100% of the lights were working. :)

Walked in a pub and there was a DOND It's Showtime (3 hi-lo machine) with £17.50 worth of credits on it, no one around to be seen. It was early evening so the pub wasnt very busy yet. I dont normally play show times so was happy to leave it in case someone was in the bathroom etc and so started playing the crazy chair they also had. That didnt last long as I got an early £40 COB. It then struck me as odd that there would be £17.50 credits in it. Because if someone had put a £20 note in, you would expect £5 in credits and £15 in the bank.

Went over to investigate and the transfer button was horendously sticky, which obv explained the credits. The start button was fucked as well, it took literally 20 presses to get it to register. So obviously someone had just decided to leave it and buggered off. After about 10 mins and only a handful of spins I got on the bored. Got 3 phones and played the DOND game. The deal button was popped as well lol so had to go to the end. Had a highish value in the box 20 I think. Lovely I thought, £0 in, £20 in the bank already and still a good £10 worth of credits to go. Anyway, after a loooooong time I finished all the credits (got another 2 phone games) and had a total of £34 in the bank. Good stuff.

Wrong! The collect button was also broken! Went to the bar and reported the fault, got the usual take your details business. Never heard from them though, I did call them but the manager I spoke to claimed to know nothing about it. I wasnt from the area and would have been a long way to travel and as I didnt lose any money from putting money in I just left it. Fucking shocking places would have machines in this state tho.

Sadly it did not. There was a good 5 minutes between me finishing the credits and them switching it off.

To be honest I never got a drink in Caister Castle. Too easy to try the fruits first. Never hardly ready though.

I ALWAYS buy a drink but that's just me. Even if I have to bang it down toilet or pour it behind fruit!
