I think the majority of peoples car insurance has gone up lately, i pay monthly and they tried to up mine, by an extra 15 a month, although iv'e never claimed, after a bit of negotiation on phone, it was dropped by 6 quid.

But if it's a banger you have, i would definetely have a look down the confused.com route, or any other compare site..

I have had a look before on a compare site, and the prices are dirt cheap, only snag is, if you have a bump, may as well scrap the car, because when i spoke to them on phone regrding their dirt cheap price.. i was then informed of the excess charges..!!

But for a banger, take a look..
