I was playing today with a couple of guys who don't know what they're doing. And some spoiler came up.

One of them said

The question was about when Jack Benny Died.

Anyone know who Jack Benny is?

Made me laugh though to realise how unfair some of the Questions are.

He's a very famous American comedian famous for looking with a dead-pan smirk at the camera whenever somebody made a fool of him, and for playing the violin very badly. I remember seeing a Tom/Jerry cartoon with him in it as a mouse version of himself.

Jack Benny died in 1974.

It's just a fact, and not particularly different from asking when Liverpool first won the European Cup.

As an interesting footnote, I saw three blokes playing an itBox in a pub last night when they got the following question:

With which band did Pete Doherty make his name?
Libertines
Babyshambles
Duran Duran

Not a bad question but it prompted the replay from them:

Who the **** is Pete Doherty?
