Anyone know where you fit a noter to a scorp 4 board?

bell fruit cab,where i have a 15pin loom at one end(near the noter fits)the other end splits off into 2, 13 pin ends near the scorp 4 board.where do they plug in?..thanks

have you an interface card next to program card on scorp4 board? plugs should be fitted there
