Barcrest Psycho Cash Beast mechanical problem

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone could be of help to me. I have a Barcrest Psycho Cash Beast machine that's started not starting up properly, giving the following code: "opto blocked" and "alarm 22-a3".The reels spin then the audio alarm goes off constantly.

Does anyone have any info on what i can do about this? Thx, Matt

Sounds like the Reel opto needs a clean. 2.2 indicates reel 2, so the 2nd fruit reel.

Try disassembling the hopper and remove all the coins then fill back up.

Worth a try as i had a similar problem and this resolved it
