Barcrest - Cash bang wallop fault

Hi' All,

After a little help, my bandit has stopped putting the money into the hopper. It is always dropping into the two trays under neath. i have tried filling the hopper and putting more money in but it is still not working.
it has worked in the past so not sure why its randomly stopped working.

i do have a key i got of ebay which go's in the refil slot but when i put this in it just says refil coins 0 . i have tried pressing buttons but it doesnt change.

The bandit just try paying out quite a bit so i presume it thinks it full.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I think you have posted in the wrong section.

Have you tried dumping the hopper? The hopper may think it has a full load so its confused and is now just sending the coins to the bottom..

Where the money is dropping you will see a dump switch press it with your Refill key in and turned. then depending on machine press cancel or start. This will then start dumping money the hopper thinks it has.

If it don't do it first time try again.

Easy Step:

Open Bottom Door (Where money is dropped)
Put Refil key in and turn it
Press the switch (Button) bottom left where your money tubs are.
press cancel or start (depending on machine)
Dumping should start happening

Brilliant! thanks for the help

I never knew there was a button down there! i pressed the button and it dumped what it thought it had and now its working.
Not sure why it randomly stopped work8ing unless one of my mates pressed the top up button.
