freezing

hi guys my problem is - i had £20 of £1 in the hopper,then i won £3.60 on it and the machine just froze and didnt pay out.Now every time i win it just keeps freezing and wont pay out. Is it because i won an odd amount and the machine doesn't pay out in 10ps? is it possible to reset the machine? any help would be appreciated

What machine is it/What stake a play/what jp/are all wins say 1 2 3 4 or 1 1.20 1.60.2.40 etc bit more info please
