a better way of looking at it might be:
99.6% of 25 year-olds reach 26.
99.3% of 26 year-olds reach 27 and so on
for each year, those who die are not included in the new statistic.
73.8% of 64 year-olds reach 65
so at what age do more people die than see their next birthday.

Apologies for the somewhat delayed question, todays work has prevented me spending the afternoon at my desk.
Just a quick one to keep the quiz going. It's a very lazy attempt but may yet prove to be a decent poser.
