Jammed Hopper HELP PLEASE!

Hi, I'm new to this forum, as have only just bought a machine. Picked up a Pyscho Beast for £30, fiver jp, which I think is a bargain!
Anyway, it's been running fine, but recently an error message has come up.
It says 'ALARM 17-81 NO HOPPER JAM NOT EMPTY'. So I've looked inside to try and unjam the hopper, but I've no idea how. I'm not very technical.
I've also looked online for advice, but no luck there.
Can anybody please help!?

if you hve just bought this off e-bay,you will have to connect the hopper back up,if it is a fault,empty the hopper of coins and see if any are jammed,this is a common fault with payouts,check other posts

Thanks for the advice Lee. I managed to fix it in the end, by getting my hands in and taking most of the float out. It was already connected as it was working ok before. Is fine again now, so hopefully will stay that way!
