Freak Streak / Bling Bling

Post by Matt Vinyl »

Hi All,

There's one of each of these near me, and have had some good results (name filling giving £75 / MS giving £50 etc). The one thing is though, I don't find these as easy to read as other reds.

From what I can see so far:

- Getting 'Skill' off of the feature entry bonus is a reasonable sign.

- Getting lots of red cash / features on normal feature entry.

- Being offered Mega Start.

- Slow down bonuses within the feature.

What sort of technique do you guys use to play this? I try not to gamble at all on the centre number, (unless both other numbers are completely pony) as this increases your safe cash value (which you obviously do not want whilst you are on the force!).

Oh, and a warning to those who don't know - Green Mega Streak does not give the £25!!!

Played FS yesterday and got a healthy £75 off of filling the name, after about £30 in, but have been stung a few times before. (Took a £50 out of my one remaining favourite Snailblazer just before! ;) )

Anyone care to share experience / knowledge / ideas / techniques?

:)

Ah, just found this thread. Although mainly relating to Bling Bling. As with all clones, each one does have it's own traits, so I'll direct this thread more to talking about FS... :)

purely go by how many reds you get.

A very red normal start pwns.

Bonus starts are in between really.

Mega start must be 70% red for it to be a sign, you can get mega starts when the m/c is dead, but if they are very green it doesnt really count.

just dont really gmable in the middle at all, maybe to change number for its aKO red.

Yeah it does Nige, usually a quick 25 if it's red, which can then make it roll.

never been overly keen on these sub zero / bling king sorta clones esp sub zero been raped more or less all the time.went in with a mate on sz and after about 80 through it the sod machine mech error, waited a few hours till engineer sorted it but after that was like starting from a dead machine again and took a further ton to get anything worth while out of it

nige ai doubt the engineer fixing the machine would have caused it to die on its arse...

SZ can be an absolute cunt of a machine at times...and £180 has been done.

the thing to be careful for is fake red boards..i dont just mean one or 2 but ones where it will give you loads of reds..only let you gamble once or twice on it and always offer weak wins say £5 on red find the flake and the like...yes its a red feature but its not a happy machine at all..

true happy SZ you should be getting the good red features offered and climbing the cash stack consistantly on boards give or take a couple of greens thrown in.

ive been in the same situation when we 1st got this machine and its not pleasant luckily i got the £75 from the yetis and then a further £15 next board...still down but not as bad as it could have been.

Have played this a couple of times now Matt, seems to be the same as Bling Bling in that starting with a lot of reds on a normal board is the best sign to go off. It can offer Mega start when not happy.

There are a couple of things i've noticed on FS that are not on BB, the skill stop on the feature entry and the fact that if you get a high reel win it will eliminate things from the pots. This proved extremely usefull the other day when I had £6 in the win bank, it then offered me Mega start and there was only a few shots left in the pots. I exchanged in and only had to make a minimal number of gambles to be awarded Mega Streak. Nice short cut. :D

If you get the skill offered hold down cancel and select double cash

Then spin the wheel again and hold cancel for skill again then take Mega Start
You will find that there is only about 3 features left to gamble

Can you always slow it down on 'skill' then? For some reason I've never tried... :)

Not played it much tbh but i think holding the cancel button down after double cash brings back the skill but the same speed not slower
