eastenders help needed.

My machine was working perfect until the cold/freezing weather started now when i switch it on sometimes it flashes dimly sometimes nothing ? i've tried another power pack and circuit board but still the same any ideas or ideas on how much it'll be to fix ? i'm in west london.
