Probably, but what I'm looking for is a specific place in France.

In a car park? Ah! No, on a race track. If its a specific one, I say Mangy-Cours.

Nope. It's an ordinary road that anyone can drive on, though I'd probably not, given the choice.

Well done unknown, it's the Place de Charles de Gaulles... 12 roads coverging on one roundabout...I've been trying to verify whether the insurance thing is hokum... Wikipedia doesn't mention it but other places do...
Funniest thing is tourists trying to cross it to get to the Arc de Triomphe, not realising there's a tunnel underneath the road which would probably be a bit safer.
Anyway, back to you UP.
