When I was younger my favourite Barcrest game was Snappy Viper. It was based on a snakes and ladders theme, was 10p per play, with a top prize of 3GBP.

Does anyone know of any UK arcades where this game can still be played - and / or know if parts are still available for it if I should happen to find one on e-bay or similar?

You may find a version on a shit site whos members all have B.O and still live at home with there mothers
