quick update .

just had a letter

turns out because this bloke was uninsured , there's no insurer to claim from obviously .

couldn't be arsed to read all the letter , but turns out , if im reading it right ,in this sort of situation there's a government body/fund set up called the mbu or something .

so i will get less money , and no chance of my 250 excess back.

the solicitor's have put in a request for 2100 ,,,,,,,,,,, in the hope of realistic amount between 1500-1800 being sent.


here's hoping.

to be honest i'll be happy with owt ,,,,,,,,,,,,, if it pays for a day in london with the mrs ??
