help turning sound down on barcrest barmy army machine

hey guys my first post...and my first time ive owned a machine.....anyways i need to no if u can turn the sound down on my barcrest barmy army machine please help thanks ps have tryed the useull like turning refil key and pressing the hold key

have you looked in test mode to see if the volume control is in there? Or if its mup4 or older its on a white knob on the main board or on the programe card.....hope this helps

Just to check your holding the 2nd ( middle ) hold button down before you turn your refill key.

Some later mpu5s require the bottom door to also be open to access this function.
