never ever ever smoked, drank, or done any drugs , ever .

never.

i get my high's from other things in life , and try to weight train a bit on my days off.

i know that even doctors recomend the odd brandy or occasional red wine. and everything in moderation n all that.

but not for me.

guess in our game you always have to have your eyes in the back of your head , and be aware of your situation surroundings at all times . so why take any mind altering substance that can mess with that?

I'm pretty much a binge drinker.....during the week i have no desire to drink at all. When i do go out here (usually Monday & Friday night) i'll probably have 4-5 pints, 5 or so shots, 3 or 4 double vodka/redbulls or double amaretto/coke or double SoCo/lemonade, then a load of bottled rubbish (usually VK) in whatever club i end up in. Not a good example to follow! :?

Kinda time catches up with ya Lee.. been here on n off 4 years.. over 3 accounts now......

Basically just checking in with general joe tbh..

I know, as you all do, I have a massive drink problem... made even worse by results today , and kids ect at home... but, ...

I know it will kill me....... I have no shame as its the path I took long ago, Its killing me now... just hope i see my kids leave home..

I know a lot of you will say " shut up, just stop "... but it's not that easy.. I'm only 35.....and have drunk 10-12 liters per day.. since I was 15......

Any way.... do the poll just outa interest lol..... Cry for me when u have no one to come up with funky new codes lol....

Sigh... NOT DEAD YET FUCKERS LOOOOOOOOOOOOL''''

besides i drive , and if i ever hurt anyone as a result of drink . . . . . i would top myself due to guilt. . . . seriously.

plus my parents have been fostering kids for 24 years , and ive grown up witnesing first hand the devastation alcohol can have on family's

so i guess it made an impression from an early age , and i just never started.

Drink alot myself, but not enough to get hangovers etc. really. I can judge the right time to stop pretty well. Can't be good for you still the amount I get through, maybe 1-2 bottles of wine equivalent a day, but its pretty much every day.

Still what's the point of worrying about it. When something happens then you can do something about it, and if it's too late... ahh well, thats life. If I got remotely ill thanks to drinking I would be able to stop just like that.

not sure theres anything any of us can say thats gonna get you off it m8. im sure youve heard it all b4 . and youve got to truly want to stop yourself.

dont cry m8

go look into your childrens eyes and imagine how your selfish act of kiling yourself will effect their lives ?

harsh m8 i know , but use that incentive to get help .

best of luck bud .

lee.
