Bought a Monster Cash machine from Advance. Failed with little use after 2 months with critical memory error. 3 month warranty so after advice from them disconnected and sent back main board. About 6 weeks later had a board returned. Fitted this but get 0.1 pay alarm so machine will not take cash. Everthing photographed to ensure correct connection but told a plug must be the wrongway round and no response to 2 further e mails. Joined this site in the hope of finding the answers to getting the machine fixed. Maybe just unlucky but thought I had a very good deal at the time.

I bought quite a few machines from these guys and all were fine and if I needed to ring the guy for some technical help he always answered or rang back. I believe Steve was the guys name, he even sourced a Project Empire for me the good lad!!!

Globals/Cool Games machines like Monster Cash/ Jugglin Jackpots and clones all suffer from memory errors if not used reguarly. I had a jugglin jackpots and if I didn't use it for say a week or so it would always come on with a Ram Clear Error, which would eventually time out and the machine could be played.

I think they have week battery back ups which you wouldn't notice in pubs probably as they are on all day every day. But at home.........

Bought a Red from them in September, couple of bulbs out and that but easily fixable. Major problem is the payout chute is missing so I'll have to buy one of them(Yes I still haven't got round to it...lol)
