That doesn't really answer my question though = wars have happened throughout the ages, is the 'New' World Order responsible for those?

If you want to learn more about something like NWO I would suggest youtube isn't the best place to start. 
the idea of a New World Order was actually an early 20th century idea of a way to bring peace and stability to the world. Sounds like a good idea for me.
