Hi I have a problem with a machine, when u dump the machine, it do not count the money on display

any help would be great

Have seen this too on a mazooma machine(chromed front door),this may have been a glitch in the software,although machine now long gone can remember it was hit or miss on the floats showing,If remember correct, had to defloat it with both cash and top door open for best result on displaying floats on hopper dump.
