I am doing some market research on MP3 players and would like your co-operation as an older target group (sorry if anyone finds that offensive) and a younger target group to take 2 minutes out of your busy schedule to fill the form in, it would mean a great deal.

I've done your questionaire Luke, I've put a couple of jokes in, but just edit those out, the rest is serious.
Also, not wishing to be pedantic, but the wording in the first question is incorrect. Definitely shouldn't be 'and' there.
