Payout error 17

Hi There I Have a problem with Monopoly regarding Payout Error 17.

Ive tried the hoppers in another machine and the hoppers are fine and tried hoppers from other machine and still get error 17, so hoppers are fine, even when re powering up you get error 17 and with door open u get error 17.

any help would be great

Hopper drive board possibly?

poss hopper board or mpu depending what tech,also could be the hopper loom
