I'm stuck in the house all evening sans Sky, and would dearly love to see both the Norn Irn and Scotland games (well, the latter until it's about 3 or 4-0 after 20 minutes).

Does anyone know any reliable sites I could watch these matches online, preferably ones which don't inflict a whole host of malware and other shadiness on my work laptop (again).

Have you tried the delights on offer at http://www.justin.tv or http://www.iraqgoals.com?

They've both been good for me in the past and don't appear to have infected my PC.
