Immensely proud of climbing this. I know that dropping a fruit machine is a good feeling, but you can get that feeling even more by doing this!

I have been up there next to that lake but didnt clime the ridge!
well im sure it was there, isit about 30-40 mins drive from lakeside?

Yeah probably about an hour from South Cumbria. I never knew that route existed till I saw it on the Internet. Its a thriller to say the least. Langdale Valley is awesome, but It actually costs just as much to camp there (Great Langdale Campsite - super site) than it is Park there.. Parking is about a fiver per vehicle, camping is £6.50.. I reccomend doing that. Me and a friend had a camping weekend there, taking in that walk on the Saturday and it was the best weekend ive ever had. Truely amazing!
