'Steam' Powered Games

Post by Matt Vinyl »

Evening all, does anyone play any of these games on line and fancy a blast?

-Counter Strike: Source
-Half-Life
-Half-Life II Deathmatch

I know they're not the newest of games, but damn good for a blast. I'm on as 'Pheonix Fire' if anyone wants to er, befriend me! :)

LOL, what problems have you encountered then? I play on a Dell lappy which is fast approaching 3 years old, over a wireless connection. And apart from the occaisional wireless dropout (which is annoying!) I've been fine. :)

I was originally annoyed at having to install it to play HL2 (single player) but after that frustration, found it to be quite good.

I love Steam. Had it on my PC from the word go (HL2 a few years back) and had no trouble since. EDIT: Ah, are you running Vista?

Sadly though, my online game is still Quake. :)
