Italian Job - loud buzzing sound?

Hi, can anybody help please? I am a new member with a broken Italian job fruit machine. When I switch it on it makes a loud buzzing sound like an alarm going off and only a few of the lights work and then only dimly, there is also a faint clicking sound
It is an early model with Michael Caines voice overand worked fine until this problem arose.

check power pack
and see if the coin mech is pluged in properly
reels are not sticking
