Bell fruits goldigger

Hi All

Im new to the forums so please be gentle lol

I have recently purchased a bell fruits £25 jackpot golddigger machine

All was working fine when for a few days but now it comes up with MUX ROW ERR 31

In the list of codes next to the hopper it says that this is a reel fault? I have checked all the reels and have even went through the checks (by pressing the green button on the board) and the diagnostics show no fault?

I was wondering if anyone could assist on this problem for me please?

Thanks for your help

Have checked the bulbs and think it may be a board problem

How would I go about changing it and what cost would I be looking at?

Also does anyone know how I can change this to free play?

Freeplay is easy ~ just take the bottom door off and press the play button in order to get your free credits. Obviously the machine will not pay out money either like this.
