spoons j20 alternative

Post by trayhop123 »

Anybody tried the new bottled soft drinks spoons have recently launchd?

they come in a brown bottle with old fashioned labels etc

theres ginger beer ,,,,,,,,,, nice , sharp , and jg throat friendly

then there's root beer , which is not for me , it tastes like that drink you get in the dentists , but im sure some of you may like it.

best of all , is the cloudy lemonade ,,,,,,,,,, you know when your at your first pub , still half asleep ,,,,,,,,,,,, one swig of this wakes you up in no time ,,,,,,,,, very sharp/sour ,,,,, and totally lush ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, unlike j20's lately , i actually look forward to my first spoons.

In a spoons i normally just buy any sort of drink and just take a couple of sips out of it and leave it lying around, no one takes any sort of notice in what your doing in these kind of pubs so it doesnt really matter

It does exist! Pub near here does it too....quite why they chose that name i don't know.

I'v also had that cloudy lemonade lee, very sharp like you say...and nothing like normal sugar tasting lemonade!

I have lemon tea at Ascot.

Don't venture into these lower class yobo assylums, but sounds like you players are enjoying their society.

When not able to drink alcohol, the cloudy lemonade drink is the pick of the sift drink offerings. Ginger beer ok but a bit tame. Seriously, does anyone like root beer??

Is root beer that anticeptic/TCP tasting stuff? There used to be a jelly bean of that flavour.

NOOO!

Root beer is lurvly, tastes *slightly* like dr pepper i reckon, i used to get it from a mate near where i lived who had an american neighbour, he used to get crates and crates of it off the american airbase near me (mildenhall) and i havent been able to find it since.

I may well visit a spoons just for that reason of root beer quite soon!

I might give H2O a try, not to pricey and some places even give it away for free if you have it from the tap.

If only eh? I hate to think how much i've spent over the years on unwanted drinks. of the 3 new Spoons drinks i would go for the Cloudy i reckon.
