LOL "Always end up taking over from her..." Seems to be a common theme... ;)

Everytime I log into Facebook, it informs me that Matt V has achieved some sort of wonder score like this, so I thought I'd try it.

How in the name of blue fuck do you get that kind of score? My best is around 7,500 :o ops:

Ah, sorry about that Sin! ;) I used to play this religiously at work (during lunchtime, of course) when the 'full' version was released on Popcap a few years ago. So experience is a must for 2xx,xxx+ scores... ;)

Ha-ha!

Those are hard to come across - if you do get one, it's often worth trying to hold onto it until nearer the end, when you've got a higher score multiplier - lots of one particular colour that you can then annihilate...

Good thinking.

How do you get those 2x , 3x, 4x score things to appear? I think they could possibly be the key to getting a largeish score.

You need to kick off a cascade of 3 or more 'chains' I think. So you make a combination of three of the same jewels and the new ones that fall into place also create another combination and so on. That is indeed the key to a huge score.

Cheers Matt.

I'm trying to beat Matt B's pathetic-yet-still-better-than-mine score of 28,200 then I can go out and do something productive.

Yas, 30,000.

In your face Matt (B not V obviously).

Right, just one more game and I'm off out
